Extended Guarantee Conditions

Extended Guarantee CONCEPT GUARANTEE 2+1

Besides the 2-year mandatory guarantee the CONCEPT GUARANTEE offers 1 year more of free service             for the failures caused by the material defect and by incorrect use. The free service includes the costs for repair and price of the spare part. The costs above are settled by the manufacturer (and/or supplier) instead of you.      The free service does not enable replacement of the product by the customer or withdrawal from the purchase contract.

The right of liability for product defects shall be exerted by the customer towards the seller where the product was purchased.

The right to repair can be exerted in the point of sale where you have purchased the product or in any authorized service centre, the list of which accompanies the product or which fan will be found on the website www.my-concept.com.
