High technical quality of the Concept products is guaranteed by application of high demands in the whole product life cycle, starting by the primary product preparation and development - via production/manufacture - logistics - and ending by the sales service. Thanks to our long-time professional experience we have elaborated the complex set of rules, the so called Concept Quality Control System (in abbreviation the CQC System).

Safety of products

We test quality and safety of each product in extreme conditions as early as at the stage of product preparation. We obtain international and national CE certificates from renowned European companies for our products.            The Concept brand product range meets completely all European standards valid for small electric appliances.

Reliability of suppliers

We select reliable suppliers of products and services. We have high demands to quality, punctuality                       and price of the done work. The majority of our suppliers has been awarded by the ISO certificate.

Low failure rate of the products

We prevent failures and service as early as at the primary stage of product development.                                       After the model is included into the product range, the complete model production is inspected and checked.       This fact contributes to reduction of the product failure rate - in certain models up to 0 %.

We take care for our environment

The Concept products conform to the environmental European directives ROHS, limiting content of harmful substances in the used materials. Clean environment is in our limelight. Therefore we cooperate with the company Elektrowin in the field of el. equipment and el. waste processing, utilization and disposal.
