CONCEPT - brand of progressive household appliances established by Mr. Jindřich Valenta. Its beginnings date back to the year 1991 when the first retail sales point with household appliances was set up.
The brand CONCEPT is presented today as a significant supplier of household appliances not only in the Czech Republic, but also in Slovakia and from 2004 even in Poland. We systematically exert every effort to obtain the position of the stable European supplier of el. appliances, able to respond sensitively to the needs of its customers and to expand to other European countries.
During the whole seventeen years of development of the brand CONCEPT we have put great emphasis in particular on quality of products which is the top priority of the brand CONCEPT. High technical quality of CONCEPT products is guaranteed by applying high demands in the whole product life cycle, starting by the primary product preparation and development, via production/manufacture, logistics and ending by the sales service. Thanks to our long-time professional experience we have elaborated the complex set of rules, the so called Concept Quality Control System (in abbreviation the CQC System), supervising the top quality of all products.
To support development of the brand CONCEPT, to improve care for the customer and quick service, we constructed a large central store of products with progressive logistics in 2004. Good organization of labour and high-quality logistic processes enabling full dispatch of all orders in due time are our advantages and strengths.
We try to innovate our product range of the brand Concept continuously. When preparing the innovations, we utilize ideas of our own designers to the maximum possible degree, our designers bring progressive and modern design to the products CONCEPT arisen from their own creativity and knowledge of the most progressive trends in the sector of household appliances. Therefore we offer very attractive designs for your households.
We also penetrate into new market segments. This year we will for instance launch the built-in kitchen appliances. Thanks to a wide range of the built-in appliances CONCENTE we offer the maximum comfort for our customers.
